What fantastic service.

I used both the Linz and QV services last week for the same service [I had to get a new one today as the council require the version with diagram, which they did not make clear on the check form related to the application I am making].

The Linz site failed massively by failing to process the order repeatedly and then not giving a clear ‘order processed’ message or confirmation email. The QV process was much better, although slightly let down by the reliance on java to process the order, it was very buggy in chrome. I would have happily used them again had I not stumbled across your site (via you following the mitre10 twitter).

Your site is clearer and simpler than the others, and the simple ability to enter basic facts into the address/title details field is effective [i assume you would follow up via email should the provided details be unclear]. The only minor negative is via the paypal process, especially the end page where I believe you should highlight the ‘return to cheaptitles’ and add ‘for completed order details’ as it is not incredibly clear on the paypal page.
