Cindy Weir is the founder of Cheap Titles.  Alongside providing titles and title documents, Cindy is a resource management planner with experience in both local government and planning consultancies. Cindy is more than happy to help you with any council issue you may have, from obtaining your resource consent for you, advising you about development contributions to solving your compliance issues. What we do:

Cheap Titles is a web based certificate of title service that provides you with the cheapest, quickest and easiest method of obtaining certificates of title. We email your requested titles(s) to you within an hour (usually well within the hour, see our feedback here) of receiving payment.

Cheap Titles takes the hassle out of obtaining certificates of title by not requiring any sign up process or membership fees. Title(s) are simply purchased by adding to a shopping cart, providing an email address and making a credit card or bank transfer payment. That’s it – there’s not an endless list of information to provide. Certificates of title(s) are then be sent to your nominated email address within an hour of ordering them.

If you consistently order several titles a month you may like to contact us about our account service. With our account service there is no registration or subscription fee and no monthly fee or minimum monthly fee.

Cheap Titles offers two service levels, the Express 1 hour delivery and the non-urgent 24 hour delivery. If we don’t deliver an urgent certificate of title within the hour (or non-urgent in 24 hours) – it’s free – that’s our promise to you.

Please note that we can only deliver on this promise if payment is made with credit card. For purchases made by bank transfer the requested title(s) will be sent to the nominated email address the next working day. Please see our operating hours below:

Our Operating Hours:

Our operating hours are 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday.  Titles ordered outside of these operating hours will be delivered first thing the next working day.
